kg999 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kg999 website, mobile application, and all other digital services. When you register with kg999, create an account, or use any of its services, these Terms form a binding agreement between you and the kg999 platform.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our support team.

1.2 Changes to Terms

kg999 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use kg999's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account on kg999. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be suspended or closed and the funds in them may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers is specifically prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth must be entered correctly. Providing incorrect information may cause problems with account verification or withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kg999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account.

Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile financial service number used for depositing into the account. Deposits or withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. It is the user's responsibility to submit the required documents on time.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New registrants on kg999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is not cash; to withdraw it, the bonus amount must first be wagered 15 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• A new bonus cannot be activated before the current one is fully used.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• kg999 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5.1 VIP Levels

kg999's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can move up levels based on their activity and wagering volume.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP level earns a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. Cashback rates by level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. kg999 reserves the right to change the cashback program terms.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All users on the kg999 platform are required to play honestly and fairly. Any form of fraudulent activity, software bots, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.

Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the system to win money is prohibited. If such activity is detected, any winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

6.2 Collusion and Fraud

Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage, or following any strategy intended to harm other players in live games, is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Password and Login Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong and unique password and do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

7.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Under no circumstances may a kg999 account be sold, transferred, or made available for use by another person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

kg999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• Suspected fraudulent or misconduct-related activity.
• Suspected money laundering or financial fraud.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

10.2 Closure at User Request

Users may also request account closure at any time. If any outstanding bonus conditions are not met before closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled; however, the actual deposit balance is refundable.

kg999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. kg999 will not be directly liable for any loss suffered by a user due to technical errors, server downtime, or disruption of third-party services. However, we make every effort to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

Playing games on kg999 carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning. Users place bets at their own risk and are solely responsible for any financial losses.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the complete agreement between kg999 and the user. No oral or written promise outside of these documents is valid.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
